Phew - I'm glad that I wasn't the only person who required AC to be comfortable. Between the hard beds, no AC, and tepid refreshments, I was completely convinced I was in Europe

Negativity aside, this is a very nice hotel. I would let my main decision point be the mattress. If you don't like a FIRM (and I mean really firm) mattress, you should probably look elsewhere because that's the biggest deal breaker.
