No matter how wide a path is, a bicyclist will veer towards a pedestrian, just watch the food delivery guys as they cross someone walking across the street!
I swear that this city sometimes resembles Saigon or Taipei with food delivery people on sidewalks, going the wrong way down a one way street, running red lights, going through intersections backwards, etc. etc.
