Thanks for that input - it sums up my view entirely. A couple of years ago my wife was in 63A [top deck 744] and she found orange juice still swimming around the handle area of one the outboard lockers. It's getting VERY tatty, and there seems little attention to detail [cleaning, as you say, or actually chilling the white wines properly].
