I am pleased to read other comments about the CW horrid design. I always have felt worst about the horrible job the FA's must do to handle the disarray. I was BA Gold and flew about 10 RT GIG-LHR per year, usually F, when the 747 was GIG-GRU-LHR. When the 777 nonstops started GIG-LHR the F was eliminated and the new CW was in place. I flew it a few times but could not stand it. I no longer have BA status, and now fly AF GIG-CDG-LHR which is actually quite decent, and the food is much better also. I miss the BA FA's though.
