I was just browsing the AA site re:awards and the 10EE seems to have been replaced with a 10FF (for Europe at least). This is called a "full fare upgrade". In the notes at the top of the page, "full fare upgrade" is defined as an upgrade to the next class of service from Y, B, or J. I think we are still OK with our 10K J-F upgrades.
