I doubt the person who designed the CW seats has actually flown or thought about it thoroughly. The configuration is madness and everything would have been easier if all seats had been faced forward. In a configuration like that you could have done the service in front of them or similar to how you work in WT and WTP.
All seats face forward in Qantas J, yet when I am in a window seat my food is passed in front of the aisle seat pax. So how would changing the BA J seat configuration eliminate the need to pass the food in front of other pax?
