I am going to Atlanta via Newark on Sunday, and after getting off the SAS flight from Stockholm I have a very long wait until the domestic flight to ATL with Continental. It would be great to have a shower and I am EBG so no problem getting into *A lounges.

I am not familiar with the airport so although there seems to be a few lounges with shower I am not sure what the best strategy is, especially since I am switching to domestic. I guess I need to check-in my luggage before proceeding to the domestic terminal? Has anyone had experience with this and can point me in the right direction? Thanks!
