Puritanical U.S. airlines. I've seen these "lads' mags" offered as inflight reading on QF and BA flights. BA even offers the Sun in FC!

That said I had an experience flying on US a year ago when some guy (mercifully by the window and was seperated a seat from him on the aisle) was reading some illustrated/picture book much worse than 'Playboy'.
