actually, the cabins/seating areas are a lot cleaner now that the pillows and blankets have been removed. Cleaners spent A LOT of the time on the planes trying to fold pillows and blankets. Many times, in order to ensure the flight leaves on time, they were just thrown into big piles in the overheads.
