This happened on one of my YVR-YYZ flight last year. An individual was smoking the the lav and the FA made an announcement telling whoever was smoking in the lav to stop it immediately. After that, the FA was standing by that lav to see whether it happened again. Sure it did and the cops was there waiting for that pax at the gate when we landed...
