I am new to gold this year.

Am I entitled to these benefits at properties outside the country?

Specifically, later this month I will be staying at the China Hotel in Guangzhou and the Renaissance Harbour View in Hong Kong.
I already have a club floor larger room reserved at the China Hotel. The hotel is likely to be full, so I guess my chances of any further upgrade is pretty slim. I think the next upgrade would be a suite anyway which I know is not promised and from what I ready here rarely given.
At the Renaissance I have a standard garden view room. At this property there are a variety of better rooms (larger rooms and better views). Do I have a shot at getting one? And am I entitled to club access?
