I had previously posted a thread here about a major failure by Amex concierge. With very specific details. A few days later I got a call from them to try to smooth things over. I had assumed it had just taken them a while to contact me. But after this I think they probabally deduced who I was based on my old post and then followed up. And the letters I recieved didn't say anything about flyertalk but I hadn't contacted Amex yet about missing MQM or about a limit increase only way I can think of them knowing would have been to read this
