So in the "dress code" case, it seems that FT is either being over cautious -- or perhaps something else happened that cannot be discussed.
I believe my response was more than sufficient in regards to your concerns. As this individual is most definitely identifiable and well-known amongst employees and some frequent travelers, we will not be discussing their attire or their behavior. If you wish to discuss general attire or behavior issues of passengers (and not a specific individual), you are free to do so in a forum other than this one.
