I definitely agree about the traffic laws in general They must have done something though because in the last few years I think I've had close to 100% of *FRONT* seat taxi passengers belted in at driver request. Rear seatbelts are probably closer to 50% in *existence* I'd guess

I would like to *know* what the law requires - especially since 6yo is generally exempt under US law. I must really stink at google since I can't find anything definitive. Sigh.
