I just got this message, I guess this problem isn't fixed... (I booked through a TA)
I need the eticket to show to the airline for my inbound US flight (the BA flight is the outbound flight).
Guess I'll try calling them.
Edited to add: I called, they emailed me the info. Problem solved.
