This hotel looks interesting. I travel to Taiwan frequently for business and have stayed at all the other Starwood properties (Sheraton, Westin and 4Points) in Taipei.

I looked up some rates for early May 2010 at the new Sheraton Hsinchu- there are a couple of reasonable promo rates (cancellable), but the rack rates are through the roof (rack rates start at NT$11,000 per night)- I would not pay >NT$10,000 per night for any room in the Hsinchu area...

I am looking forward to trying this new hotel....
