It asks for your "home address". The question is whether what you say in response is misleading.
Just as a car insurance form asks for your "home address" and you undoubtedly wouldn't put down any address to which you had "access" (such as a relative's holiday home).
There will clearly be cases where you could legitimately put down a Euro address. But people who put down addresses with which they have no real connection are plainly, and deliberately, deceiving BA.
