Since your flight is operated by BA you will have to check in with BA

BA will not check baggage through to a non OW carrier when the 2 bookings are on separate tickets. It is nothing to do with the technical possibility of doing so, but a policy not to do so

You will need to collect the bags in Singapore and check them back in again
