It was a PDF. I have iAnnotate which I can affix a Signature with. They have a work around to get PDFs for the moment, but it works which again emphasizes my point that Apple needs to create the equivalent of a "My Documents" directory which all programs have access to and the other comment about being able to write to the Cloud.I am getting most documents into my iPad, but It is requiring too much effort. I also am going to purchase PadNotes which might be able to do the job. I want to use it with Pogo for meeting notes.

While the iPad is slippery feeling, the Apple case is thin and a pleasure to use.
