I have had no issue bringing small liquids through PVG (100 ml/3oz) in a 1qt/1l plastic bag.
BA uses a 3rd party lounge at PVG that u MUST get an invite card from at Check-in to have access.
I would post at the BA forum to see what they actually use or u should use the CX/KA lounge in T2.
