OK, thanks for the experiences. I wasn't overly worried as I have used my ATM PIN w/ a starting 0 in both Japan and Australia, just didn't know if Europe was any different. If I actually run into a problem, a Skype call home will be able to fix it. I'd like to keep the same PIN I've had for years.
