Question Anyone had problems using an ATM PIN in Europe that starts with zero?

I just stumbled across some advice that states your pin must be 4 digits (not a problem) and shouldn't start with zero. Has anyone actually had a problem with PINs that start with zero? I have a BofA bank account and would plan on using ATMs within the Global Alliance (Barclays and BNP) and hope that I won't need to use an ATM in Italy (since there are no member banks that that waive the ATM fee).
