If I use my Continental Business Debit Mastercard to pay my taxes using this site, will I receive the OnePass miles? When I go through the process, I am not prompted to enter my PIN online. Therefore, for purposes of determining whether I will receive points, is this debit payment truly considered a "cash" transaction?
