The HR Monterey was never, AFAIK, designated as a Park. The Carmel one was a Park, then dropped down to the lowest rung -- and it really doesn't matter to me that recent reviews have been good as my last experience there was so horrible that I have no intention of ever going back again to see if it has improved (although at least the sheets were clean).
