They haven't preprogrammed their online booking system with FFPs of partners yet. You have to call their offices directly. To select a seat, tick the checkbox under Additional options on the Travellers page (Specify your travellers). There's an option "Make requests for seats and meals at the next step."

I would advise you to book online and select a seat first, then call their offices because some offices do not have access to seat maps but all have the capability to add FFP numbers.
