Gosh, I definitely don't want to travel in longhaul economy any time soon based on your report! I think I fall into the travel snob category a bit - I just couldn't spend that amount of time (especially at night) in a tiny seat

Galleries lounge looks nice. Do F pax get a separate waiter-service seating area, or do waiters just come around the lounge. If they come around the lounge, how do they identify the F pax?

Love the check-in experience that Mumbai provides. I've heard reports that all Indian airports offer this service for BA premium pax. Strange that they cannot provide this to premium pax at their home terminal of LHR T5!
