I am a Diamond and at the check-in I was told, we are upgrading you to a very nice room. We got a room on 11th floor - which is fine but the room is small and the toilet is in a closet in the bathroom. Oh well, we can get over it - no problems.

Worst this morning though - B'fast was served at Mariners - a makeshift restaurant. We have an infant with us - we asked for a high chair and were told no high chair is available. We inquired how could that be. Manager name 'Pedro' showed up and said we have no high chairs. I went to the front desk asked for a manager and in 20 minutes we had a high chair. The restaurant manager lied to us.
The restaurant is not well managed as the girl who was suppose to be seating everyone was selling coffee for $3 and pastry for another $3.

Now our in room TV does not and it has no signal.

An unmanaged hotel like this is bound to give Hyatts a bad name.

Help how to address these problems as we are still here for one more night.
The first thing I would do would be to ask for a front office or duty manager and see if they can correct the issues and restore your faith.
If that fails I would ask if you can be relocated to another property. That usually sends a message if they aren't getting the seriousness of their actions.
There is a real nice Hyatt property not that far in Weston and the dining is good there.I had a huge suite as a Diamond and the price was less then that of the pier 66.Agents made every effort
If that fails try Hyatt Consumer Affairs to get the hotel up to speed if its not too late today or upon your return.
Good luck with rest of your stay hopefully it goes better
Cheers
