What if the person stole alcohol minis from the beverage cart? What if the person stole someone's carry-on or electronic device?

J kits, food, lavs, overhead space, pillows, blankets, headseats and seats do not belong to Y passengers. The F stuff doesn't belong to J passengers or Y passengers.
