Will card arrive after signing up or first miles credit?
Do they send the card to new sign-ups regardless of whether they've credited any miles to DC, or do they go the KF route and only send out the "physical" card once you've actually flown and credited miles to the program?
Either way, how long after signing up/first credit can I expect to receive my card?
