You refer to 'secondary screening', what do you think they missed the first time? How can you complain about having to put up with the 'nonsense' of Immigration in another country in one thread and then complain about not be subjected to a 'secondary' security screening in another thread?

Bags checked when I went through security but weren't at the secondary screening. For flights leaving for US, passengers have to go through secondary or additional screening. And this I found to be granted an exception and from what I saw was because of a C boarding pass. I am not complaining about not having to go through additional security screening in LHR. I am stating a fact and are curious if this is a just way to do security clearance.
