Early this morning, after reading another topic about J->F 20,000 mile R/T award, the agent said yes, but need to call during Advantage Cust. Svc. hours. When I called back, the answer was NO. Must be full J fare to use 20,000 upg award: not applicable to deeply discounted biz fare.
