My wife also came down with food poisoning after our recent trip back from Japan; obviously can't prove it was American, but she was fine before/during the flight and got it ALL, BAD for 3 days beginning about 1 hour after we left the airport. She and I ate different meals, and I was fine.

Kaiser verified it was probably food poisoning, and she was right as rain in 72 hours. I've decided to write AA a letter, just in case if someone else did, they'd look into it; I have no faith they will if they don't get something from another passenger, though. They'll just think we're nuts. She's pretty frosted, though, having spent 90,000 miles to get it.....
