Is UA covering the installation costs or have they got the provider to pay for the conversions? I remember seeing this cost info in a recent New York Times article:

It costs up to $100,000 a plane to install Gogo. Initially, Aircell paid those costs, but last year the model was changed to require airlines to pay for installation.
