Good day. Hope all is well on the Good Friday.

I am currently staying in Wyndham Apollo Amsterdam and will be staying here for a few days. The room was booked via Booking.com.During checking in- i showed my Delta SM card to the lady to have the number in my record.

The lady typed something into the computer and realised that it's via Booking.com that my room was booked and told me that because of this i won't be able to get any points out from my stay. Eligibility for miles earning are only for those who book the rooms with Wyndham directly.

Is this normal?
