Programs: American and Southwest. Hilton, Marriott, IHG - whichever is rated well and cheapest

That is amazing. You give WN money. They give you a card to use that money. But to use the card you must scratch off a substance from the card. And if you scratch to hard they get to keep your money.

How is that legal?
