Nothing. If the situation is vice versa, the person that sit in economy but take one while going thru C class while boarding, then I would probably notify the FA.
If I had ever taken one myself ? Yes only if I am in the same class, like if I am in C, and saw a kit at an empty C seat, or if I am in F and saw one in another F seat, I would take it in both situations.
