And having an insider on the forum is by no means an incredible gesture, do you really think they are doing it for your benefit? Absolutely not. They do it because it provides an insight into what people want, their likes and dislikes, so that the company can use the information you provide to tailor their products in such a way as to convince you to choose their product. The forum essentially serves as a free focus group for the airlines. I hope that my post doesn't come off as arrogant, rude, or unpleasant, because that wasn't my intention.

The fact is, he spends time here, but to rehash things already asked is a waste of his valuable time. If the OP asks a question, many of us on here know, or can find the proper answers without having to invoke CO Insider to 'help', because he's already confirmed the answers.

As far as the upgrade ratios go, you aren't going to get an answer on it, that will remain mum. There have plenty chances for him to step in on other topics solely about that matter if he wanted to add his input with a company backing.

It is generally considered bad form to 'call out' someone regardless of standing or stature on a forum/bbs, or even in person at a formal shindig, there is a time and a place for questions directed at/to someone directly.
