Ok, I'm a total Hyatt newbie and just had two stays this week and had never heard of Gx promos. I realize now that two of the hotels I stayed at had Gx bonuses of 1,000 points each. Can I call in and get them or do you need to reserve them using the link to qualify? Thanks in advance for any help.
