While it may have been your fault, the response/support that you've received from AA on this has been less than stellar. I'd have expected more help in stemming the tide of possibly fraudulent use.

Well yes. This all happened about 30 mins before I boarded AA50 from DFW to LHR. I was in a bit of a sweat as I was about to be dead for 8.5 hours and I thought that
AA could at least freeze my AAdvantage account so that I could worry about it all on Monday when I would be back in the US.
A no can do on that did actuall really did annoy me.
