I had maybe 15 stays last year and still show as a Diamond.

I've also not received any newer credentials in the mail (e.g. Gold/Silver/Blue).

So I'm not sure if I'm still a Diamond, now a Gold, or something lower...

But I'm happy to know I'm not alone in this confusion...
