So.... there I am, its 12:00 pm and I find a 1 cent room for Rochester/Henrietta.

I pull the trigger, fill out the info... and the booking confirmation says page says ERROR ....repeatedly.

I'm still looking at my screen that says I have the room for 1 cent, I call reservations, on hold for 15 minutes, they can't help me, she sends me to customer relations, I explain that I am sitting there getting this:

She says its not an error, I just don't get the room, someone beat me to it.
