The OP shouldn't really be asking people what to expect from this. He should be asking himself what he expects from this.
Baseless comment. I did absolutely suffer a loss here. Access to MY room. Access to MY shower. No longer any late checkout since I had nothing to checkout of.
I spent 30 minutes at the front desk, time out of my day. More importantly are the intangible items, loss of sense of security, diamond importance, previous guaranteed arrangements for late check out, on and on.
C'mon now.....The purpose of flyertalk is to "share" experiences, learnings, knowledge, and advice. I have already asked myself what is appropriate here and this will serve to justify any expectations I may have.
