Can anyone who has flown an updated 767-400 international tell me if power extends all the way back in Coach or if it's still the first 10 rows of Y?

I'll be taking DL LHR-JFK which is the updated 764 w/ lie-flat seats up front but I'm not sure if I should take row 16 (second coach row) for in-seat power or take the exit row 30? I'd definitely prefer row 30 but for that long of a flight power might trump the extra leg room.
