Just saw that the following two properties are now listed on the IHG site (they are already listed in an old post in this thread with presumed opening dates in 2009):

HI Rome-East (opening: 1st October 2010)
accepting reservations, advance purchase rate starts at 59 EUR

HI Rome-Pisana (opening: 1st February 2011)
not accepting reservations
EDFW is offline
