Claim Missing Miles functionality disabled on skywards.com?
I did not get credit for two flights flown on March 20, 2010 even though the Skywards number was clearly in the reservation. I just tried using the Claim Missing Miles link on skywards.com and after I entered the ticket number, got the message:
Please note for all retroactive credits for tickets purchased on or after 01 January 2010, please contact your nearest Skywards Service Centre
This is so strange. Why would EK withdraw a useful functionality of the website?
