Thanks for all the information folks, after a few long phone calls to Reservations and Guest Relations, the hotel has guaranteed that we will get a room with two double beds and lounge priveliges, and will do their best to make it an exec room and not just a random room somewhere in the hotel.

I think we'll just go and if they fail to provide an exec floor room we will seek some compo.
