Ahh. The joy of In-n-out burger (especilly that branch). I was going to head there a trip or two ago, but had a few issues - thus I couldn't get there. Will have to try again some year

TATL over the pond with US isn't the greatest of experiances, but it will get you there... eventually - unfortnatly, if you're connecting onto a trans-con... well the scretch at PHL would help the legs.

Virgin America is "on my list" too. Looks a very nice product they have there. A nice overview of the Swiss product too.
