I would like to come back to the suggestion of leaving the security area and going to Airbräu. Indeed if you have 2-3 h it is an excellent idea. Beer starts at 2.30 € for half a liter. It is located in the open area between T2 (where you will arrive) and T1 so when you leave T2 it's hard to miss. Also reentering through security a T2 heading for the G gates is pretty painless (you can keep your shoes on but put your laptop in a separate bin). Walking from security to the gates heading to Italy normally takes about 10 minutes max.
