Is changing airports within same city (for example from TSA to TPE) a rerouting?
Hi all,

I have a RTW ticket for which I changed a flight from PVG - TSA (Taipei Sung Shan) to PVG - TPE (Taipei Taoyuan International) since they didn't have the originaly PVG - TSA flight on the day I wanted to change to. I was charged a rebooking fee and I'm not sure how this works. Is changing airports that are technically within the same destination (both airports show up on the RTW tool when you choose Taipei) considered rebooking or changing routing?
