Ok - I just got back from another stay. I posted here before that I would be staying at the Sheraton going forward, and I have been. However, I have booked a few stays at this property because of the Westin / $100 Amazon Gift Card Promo (2 stays = $100 amazon gift card / max of 3). The hotel still sucks for business travel BUT I had the best customer service experience.

1) I made two reservations, one for me and one for my boss. I contacted the front desk to ask them to upgrade the room I booked for my boss and advised that he would be checking in several hours before me - front desk manager said no problem and he was happy to help. Boss & his family were given huge Jacuzzi suite and 2 rollaway beds for no charge.

2) I checked in REALLY late @ 3am. They upgraded my room location, which I didn't expect since I used the upgrade on my boss AND they decided not to charge me for the first night because I got in so late - I never asked for this.

I really couldn't be happier with the service and for vacation, this property is fine but dated. I'll be going back to Sheraton after this promo is over, but I'll miss the staff here.
